MIS Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Henley-on-Thames
Salary: £25,104 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed-term (3 months) Start Date: 1 July 2026 - End Date: 30 September 2026
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with a 1hour unpaid lunch)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused MIS Administrator to join our busy Management Information Systems team on a temporary basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data skills to play a key role in supporting essential college operations. You will help ensure that student data is accurate, up to date, and accessible, contributing to the smooth running of the College.
Main Responsibilities
• Accurately process student enrolments and maintain student records
• Print and issue student ID cards in a timely manner
• Update and maintain student timetables to reflect changes
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider team
• Ensure data is accurate, compliant, and up to date
About You
The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven administrative experience and strong data entry skills
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Be confident using IT systems and databases
• Communicate effectively with staff and students
• Work proactively, both independently and as part of a team
• Be committed to maintaining high professional standards and confidentiality
