About the Role
The Henley College is seeking an experienced and motivated Curriculum Leader with Electronics Engineering to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a dynamic curriculum area, driving outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment and ensuring excellent student outcomes.
As a Curriculum Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, inspiring staff, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will lead on curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and performance management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Assistant Principal, you will ensure that the Engineering provision is responsive to industry needs, aligned with awarding body requirements, and delivers high-quality learning experiences for all students.

• A degree in Engineering (or a related subject)
• A full teaching qualification
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Proven experience of outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment
• Experience of curriculum planning and delivering improved learner outcomes
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Experience of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and equality of opportunity
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on student success
