Temporary Enrolment Assistant 

Location: Henley-on-Thames 

Salary: National Minimum Wage 

Contract Type: Temporary (Short-term) 

Working Hours: 37 hours per week  (Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with a 1hour unpaid lunch) 

About the Role 

We are looking for organised, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Temporary Enrolment Assistants during our busy summer enrolment period. 

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting students as they join the College. You will help ensure enrolment processes run smoothly, providing a positive and professional experience for all applicants. 

Main Responsibilities 

Accurately enter and update student enrolment details on college systems 

Prepare and organise student ID cards 

Support administrative processes during enrolment 

Assist with general clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the enrolment period 

About You 

The ideal candidate will: 

Have strong administrative and data entry skills 

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy 

Be confident using IT systems 

Have good communication skills and enjoy working with people 

Be able to work efficiently in a busy, time-sensitive environment 

Work well both independently and as part of a team
